§03  /  Questions

Things teams ask
before signing up.

If your question is not here, sales can answer it directly - usually within a business day.

What counts as a “job”?

A job is a single workflow run, regardless of how many activities it contains. A workflow with 50 steps is still one job. Sub-workflows invoked from a parent count toward the parent.

Is the trial really free? Card required?

No card for the 14-day trial, and trial accounts get full Professional capabilities. We do not auto-bill at the end - you choose to convert, or the workspace pauses.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

Soft caps. You are notified at 80% utilisation; at 100% additional jobs queue rather than fail. Buy add-on capacity or upgrade from the dashboard - both apply immediately.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Upgrades are prorated and immediate. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, so you keep what you paid for.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Three factors: job volume, deployment model (multi-tenant, single-tenant or on-prem) and support level. Most contracts start with a discovery call; quotes typically inside three business days.

Discounts for startups, non-profits or education?

Yes - early-stage startups under $1M ARR, registered non-profits and accredited institutions. Discounts run from 30% to 75% depending on the programme. Email sales.

Are agent runs metered separately?

An agent.run counts as one job no matter how many turns or tool calls it makes. LLM costs pass through at the provider rate with no markup - you bring your own key.

How does seat counting work?

A seat is one human with workspace access. API keys, service accounts and webhook senders do not consume seats. Members can be added or removed any time, prorated.

§04  /  Ready

See it on your workflows.

Fourteen days of full Professional access, set up with the team on a workflow you actually care about. If it does not fit, nothing converts and nothing is billed.
