What cookies we use
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, to remember interface preferences, and to understand aggregate product usage. We do not use them to build a profile of you or to follow you across other sites.
Lyhnis carries no advertising, so we run no ad-network tags, no retargeting pixels and no third-party marketing cookies. Nothing on this site sells your attention.
Categories
Strictly necessary
Session and authentication cookies, CSRF tokens, MFA challenge state, and load-balancer affinity. These cannot be switched off - without them you cannot sign in or hold a session - and they carry no analytics payload. Session cookies expire when you close the browser; persistent authentication cookies last up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
Functional
Interface state we remember so the product is not annoying: sidebar collapse, dashboard density, canvas zoom, billing-period toggle and theme. Up to 12 months. Clearing them costs you nothing but a reset layout.
Analytics
First-party, aggregated product analytics: which features are used, where runs fail, how long pages take. Set only with your consent, retained up to 12 months, and never joined to workflow content or to individual Customer Data.
What we do not do
- We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
- We do not fingerprint your device to work around cookie controls.
- We do not sell or share cookie data with data brokers.
- We do not place non-essential cookies before you consent, where consent is required.
- We do not track you across unrelated websites.
Managing your choices
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and change that choice at any time from the cookie preferences link in the site footer. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie so we can honour it.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a per-site control. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in; blocking the others only degrades convenience.
We honour Global Privacy Control signals for non-essential cookies where your browser sends them.
Cookies inside the product
Cookies described here are set by our marketing site and dashboard. Workflows you author do not set cookies in your customers' browsers on our behalf; if your workflow sends a link that does, that is your processing and your notice obligation.
Changes
If we add or remove a cookie we update this page and its version number. Material changes to analytics practices are announced with 30 days notice, and we will re-ask for consent where the law requires it.
